What is the Foundation 4 Success?
The Foundation 4 Success is a one day motivational workshop where we give you the chance to learn the basic fundamentals to becoming financially free. We also provide you with the opportunity tonetwork with like minded people who have similar goals to you. The F4S is also a day ofcharity, where speakers from our chosen charity come along to tell you what their charity is all about - we ask kindly that people make a donation - we greatly appreciate any donation made.
Foundation 4 Success - May 2007
With a great turnout, and a great atmoshpere, this month's Foundation 4 Success was fantastic!
This month we had 4 main speakers, including Matthew Lauchlan from Reality Expansion Events.
Peter Roper, our host for the day, opened the workshop with a brief introduction and an update from Reality Expansion Events.
Our first main speaker was Graeme Stephen, Company Secretary of The Exchange Bond Insurance Company Ltd, who made a very informative presentation on this new option to keep your money for longer, using it to your advantage.
Our second speaker was David Hyner who did a fun, challenging and inter-active talk on how to goal set, and how the top achievers of this world set their goals.
David has interviewed successful people from all walks of life...including scientists, business entrepenuers, sportsman, actors, and many many more.
David taught us how not to make assumptions, not to be emotionaly driven all of the time, and to think rationally and logically about descions we make in business.
After lunch Ian Langley, Director of Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd taught us how your tenants will be protected in the future and about the only official government backed, insurance based scheme that enables landlords to hold tenancy deposits throughout tenancies. More invaluable information for all looking to manage their property portfolio and income!
The last session was questions and answer with Matthew Lauchlan and Peter Roper. Many people from the audience asked questions on the current status of the UK property market and what types of property are best to invest in...Matthew concluded with the audience that no matter what the status of the UK property market, a smart investor will be able to roll with the good and bad times, and be prepared to accept change.
At every Foundation 4 Success, we donate money to charity, and we would like to thank everyone who donated to our chosen charity this month - Wonder Years Centre of Excellence, (UK).

WYCE is a recently formed charity with the aim of providing the very best educational opportunities for the children and adults of The Gambia. WYCE aims to revolutionise the education system in The Gambia and bring it in line with Western standards so that these children have a brighter future.

Foundation 4 Success 06-02-2007
To all that attended the Foundation 4 Success,
What a fantastic day - we managed to raise an excellent £205 for our featured charity - The Starlight Childrens Foundation - so many thanks from the Reality Expansion Events team to everyone who contributed to the charity. Peter Roper did an amazing job allowing everyone to interact and build up their networking skills.. It was very nice to see a Jam packed room, with like minded people getting on so well.
As advertised the Money Mentor workshop was implemented into the day and was presented by Matthew Lauchlan. The techniques which Matthew discussed about the fundamentals of money management are techniques that Matthew uses in his everyday life, which have allowed him to become a very successful entrepreneur.
Reality Expansion Events would like some feed back on the day as we are always looking to improve our presentation in order for delegates to get the best out of the day.

"It was difficult for most of us to get there and that was only from London, but there were some who came from up to what was the number? "110 Miles away"...!!! I cant remember.
We also got chatting and networking and really got kicked out of the venue.
